For the last eight years, Laura Lee has been comfortably canning a variety of seasonal produce.  It all started with her Grandmother, Nettie, and her bread & butter pickle recipe.  From there, Laura Lee began experimenting with local produce and creating adventurous jam and jelly recipes.  While her Brandied Apple Butter and Blueberry Basil Jam are by far the best sellers, Laura Lee’s fermented foods and pickles are gaining in popularity.
